The final conference of the project "Two countries - one region"
Latest test of equipment, inspection of snacks, several times rearranging prepared materials, so it seemed in the morning March 26. 2015 in the Vzdělávací a rekreační centrum Lesná. Even on the quietest members of the team fell just before the start of the final conference of the project "Two countries - one region" no. 100 15049 supported by the program Cíl of at least three minor jitters. Just after half past nine began to arrive the first guests, who praised marking routes, because a dense fog which shrouded the Ore Mountains, a fairly complicated orientation. Additionally, the reason why the conference started tenth blow because it was necessary to wait for the last members..
At 10:10 the project manager Mr. Antonín Herzán could welcome all attendees and officially launch the conference. In the first part of the conference thoroughly familiarized those present how the basic ideas of the project and the progress of their implementation. Gradually introduced all the results that have been achieved - construction experience and trails linking Forest and Deutschneudorf, excursions that make learning the Czech and the German group less well known part of the Erzgebirge, information materials for tourists, offering them more than one hundred and thirty tips for trips and especially newly-built information center Lesenská plain. Under the German project partners summed up cooperation and the overall course of the project the mayor of Deutschneudorf Mr. Heinz-Peter Haustein, and the store manager Fortuna Bernstein GmbH Mrs. Ramona Preissler. They even added a list of successes for the new equipment in Deutschneudorf information center and exhibition "Miners 'journey through time', which is already seen in the areas of guided gallery Fortuna Bernstein in Deutschneudorf.
After a brief pause, took the floor main host a conference Ing. Josef Jew from the Department of regional cross-border cooperation of the Ministry for Regional Development. Through his presentation, the participants learned about the current situation in European subsidies aimed at promoting cooperation between the Czech Republic and the Free State of Saxony. Since the aid program Objective 3 ended, everyone was curious to see what comes of new and, above all, when it will be possible to apply in the new programs. The lecture was actually very detailed and specialized in all aspects of the new program SN-CZ 2014-2020, from EU legislation and its approval at the orientation on the web site and search for the necessary forms. At this point it was only in the hall to hear the rustle of papers as everyone tried to write a presentation as much information as possible.
Then he followed the main point of the program - the grand opening of the information center Lesenská pláň. Ribbon cutting ceremony along with Mr. Ing. Jew and the mayor took Mr. Haustein. Jan Juřina, mayor Boleboř. A moment of tension, smiles into the camera and that's it. Information center is officially opened. More than three years of hard work were given physical form and a new green chalkboard with a capital "i" brings all the tourists exactly to the target actually to us.
Before the conclusion is still brisk discussion on "Design-year cooperation strategies of information centers and local governments aimed at the target visitor Ore for the purpose of revisiting or extending the length of stay in the Ore Mountains". To compare experiences, exchange of insights and practical tips for passing "as a tourist" engage everyone from mayors across media representatives to staff information centers. After all, all those present have the same goal - to bring tourists the beauty of the Ore Mountains and maximize their stay in our mountains pleasant.
