Day of traditional crafts in the Saxony and we

Chance to test how and what they wrote at the beginning of the last century, regarding production tin soldier, letting you talk about the processing of leather, wood carvers and admire lacemaker... All we had to wait for the Sunday, October 19^th, 2014 at various locations in Saxony in the context of the 15^th day of the traditional crafts in the Ore Mountains. Already in the morning at the bus began to race ahead at whoever stood up because they could not wait. In front of the Baldauf villa in Marienberg we stood on the stroke of ten o'clock and we were therefore the first visitors. Thus, we would be if we did not stay outside villa, where there were model trains. Once all points checked and locomotives without difficulty stopping at stations, we could finally inside, where we waited three floors filled with all sorts of crafts demonstrations. Quite unexpectedly became the largest Saddler / luggage, - his story and machining demonstrations leather stitching various cable, briefcases, bags were so engaging, that attracted all. As a bonus, he showed us the school bag his brother, which was born in 1928. Next stop was the museum in Olbernhau, which presents itself as a museum for the whole family. They are right, the place they all came. Being able to explore on the ground with fox on the floor above how people lived in the attic and try nutcracker and a variety of wooden toys, is simply a great idea. The complex Saigerhütte, former smelter on acquiring significant silver and copper were revived with individual small houses, so that their front door became something of a gateway to another time. In Lesná we evaluated by the workshop not only the day, but mainly collected information about another tips for tripps.
